ATTICA, Ind. (CNS) — Albert Raymond Oswalt, 73, Attica Route 3, died at 11:30 a.m. Saturday (Jan. 13, 1968) in the Veteran's Administration Hospital at Danville Ill., where he had been a patient one day. He had been ill three months, seriously for two weeks. Born Dec. 7, 1894 at Locust Grove in Warren County, he was the son of Emanual and Lydia Coleman Oswalt. He lived for a time near Otterbein. After he married Cora Eberly Aug. 10, 1918 at Fowler, they moved to Boswell and then to Attica Route 3 where they lived 40 years. Survivors include the widow; two sons, Roxford and Edward, both of Attica Route 3; a daughter, Mrs. Dennis (Elsie) Clark of Liberty, Mo.; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the DeSutter Funeral Home with the Rev. Elson Brown, pastor of Riverview EUB Church officiating. Burial will be in Independence Cemetery.
